The Day Cybersecurity Found Me

I was sitting in front of my laptop, a half finished spreadsheet in one window and a homemade data parser running in another. At that point, I was already knee deep in data. I'd always loved collecting it, organizing it, feeding it into the dozens of little tools I'd cobbled together to make sense of it all. I could spend hours lost in raw logs, database dumps, or weird file formats no one else wanted to touch. Every piece of data was like a puzzle, and I loved the feeling of clicking those pieces into place.
